A native of Paris, Sinibaldi studied at the École des Beaux-Arts under Alexandre Cabanel and Alfred Stevens.
He began exhibiting at the Paris Salon in 1881.
In 1886, he won the Prix de Rome (second place) for his painting on the given subject: "Claudius Proclaimed Emperor" (this painting is shown in the article template on the right).
At the 1889 World's Fair in Paris, the artist received a bronze medal, and at the 1900 World's Fair in Paris, he received a silver medal.
In 1900, the artist was awarded the Legion of Honor.
Around 1902, he painted the marriage registration room in Lille's town hall, but the building was heavily damaged in 1916 during World War I.
Sinibaldi also painted several rooms in the Paris town hall.
However, the artist's main specialty was easel painting, primarily historical and genre scenes.
