🖌️🎨 Francois Fressinier (born 1968) is a French artist whose work has been described by critics as a modern blend of neoclassicism, classical Renaissance and romanticism. Born in Cognac. His parents were portrait photographers with businesses in Central Africa and the Charente-Maritime region of France. His father, a photographer and artist, had a passion for the old masters and took François into the study and creation of figurative and symbolic art. Francois studied fine art at the Brassart school in Tours, near Paris, where he had the opportunity to familiarize himself with drawings, sketches and paintings by Rembrandt, Renoir, Courbet, Rubens and Delaunay.
